Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

2     cups flour
2     cups milk
  1/2 tsp. salt
4          eggs

(double makes 18 popovers)

Directions

  • Mix ingredients and let sit at least 30 minutes
  • Add dripping to about 1/4" deep in muffin pudding to 1/2 to 3/4 in each muffin pocket
  • Bake at 425° for 30 minutes
